Minnesota Housing contracts with community administrators to assist renters in their service areas with their housing costs. Program funding is administered by Minnesota Housing, which provides resources in our work to end homelessness and implement the Olmstead Plan.

The COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Housing Stability Services Program is offered to renter households at or below 80% Area Median Income and who are experiencing a housing emergency.

This is a new program and information will be posted here as it becomes available. It is federal funding as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This funding will likely be targeted to service providers and developers of new or rehabilitated housing who's service providers provide assistance to clients who need assistance.

The purpose of Section 811 PRA is to expand the supply of supportive housing that promotes and facilitates community integration for people with significant and long-term disabilities. This program also advances Minnesota's Olmstead Plan, a series of key activities to ensure people with disabilities live, learn, work and enjoy life in the most integrated setting possible.
